Anyone recommend some sources for 1/18th scale bodies?

Depending on what usage, however this has been the hot ticket for a while performance wise:

Protoform Dodge Stratus 3.0 140/150mm

I used to be able to find it at amainhobbies, not this time. However a quick search on ebay and you'll find it. I stocked up on it when there was a rumor it was going to be discontinued...

The Mazda 6 body was also pretty good, the protoform one, not the xray one (the Xray one is narrower).
